Return Policy

If your Locater product was purchased within the last 30 days and the order is returned in good condition with its original packaging, you are eligible for a refund. Please note that Locater does not cover the shipping costs for returning products in order to receive a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the order, please contact us as service@locater.cc to obtain the appropriate return and refund process before sending the package.

Please be aware that Locater can only process returns and refunds for orders placed directly through our website, www.locater.cc. If you have purchased Locater through another e-commerce platform, kindly contact them for refund instructions.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
